OCEOS Logging

Logging Introduction

Description
Read and remove the oldest unread log entry.If the log is not empty use the entry at the read index to update the value at the output pointer, returning SUCCESSFUL.
If the log is empty, set the value at the output pointer to LOG_LOG_NOT_VALID_ENTRY and return UNSATISFIED.
The read index is incremented in a circular fashion.
